Shipping Policy
Free Ground Shipping in United Kingdom, including Ireland. The shipping time is 3-5 business days.
Usually the goods will be dispatched by UPS,DHL,EMS,TNT etc.
We shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 2 working days or less if the goods are in stock, and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.
Any address outside of the UK will charge shipping fee, please email us before place the order!
Exchanges/Returns
Non-physical products (such as downloadable applications content and gift certificates) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you need to make an exchange for a different product or if you have questions, contact Customer Service and submit a request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please provide your name and order ID when contacting our customer service.
- If your return request is approved, you'll be instructed as to how to return the items to our warehouse.
- Once we receive your return package, we'll keep you informed of the status of the replacement order.
Return Processing Time and Notification
Once We has received your returned goods, we will process your return within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification of any returned credit or refund. If you have requested an exchange, a new shipment confirmation will be sent to you and you will receive email notification of tracking information. If there are any issues or problems with your return/exchange, we shall notify you by phone or email.
